Jopen Whisky - Single Malt 50cl
This small batch whiskey is made from a mash of different barley malts and aged in barrels of different sizes, for more layers of intensity. Most was aged for 5 years in new oak and bourbon barrels, a small portion had 5 years in Oloroso sherry casks. This was blended before bottling for harmonious flavors with a distinct impact from the oak and Oloroso.
