GlenWyvis - 20/19 70cl

The GlenWyvis Distillery was established in 2015 at the foot of Ben Wyvis mountain in the Scottish Highlands after more than 3,000 like-minded people from the town of Dingwall invested in GlenWyvis to create the first ever 100% community-owned distillery. This 20/19 or batch 01/19 has been distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2023 after aging in 3 different ex-wine casks: The red wine cask adds black fruit and spice, Moscatel adds floral notes of citrus while a lone Marsala cask brings unmistakable sweetness.
