Kilchoman - PX Sherry Cask 70cl
This limited release from the Kilchoman distillery on the Scottish island of Islay has been aged for 5 years completely on Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry hogshead casks which have been previously used to age Sherry by the famous Bodega José y Miguel Martin. This in combination with the heavily peated whisky what Islay whiskies are known for gives a very nice sweet and smoky balance.
