Huset Pago Baldios San Carlos stammer fra det 17. århundrede i den spanske Valle del Tiétar. De bringer forskellige mærker, som alle har deres egen filosofi. Oro San Carlos er lavet på Arbequina og Cornicabra oliven, plukket på den første dag af høsten. Denne olie er placeret på 9. pladsen på den officielle liste over verdens bedste olivenolier. Olien har en let bitter og frugtagtig smag og er meget velegnet til ris og fiskearter.

Pago Baldios San Carlos - Oro

Da baron Santaella i det 14. århundrede blev forvist til Andalusien, fordi han havde myrdet sin kone, koncentrerede han sig om at fremstille olivenolie. Da kong Henrik III smagte denne olivenolie, viste han sin nåde og gav ham sin titel tilbage. Som en hyldest til baronen fremstiller Venta del Baron en smuk jomfruolivenolie af 75 % Hojiblanca-oliven og 25 % Picuda-oliven. To år i træk belønnet med titlen "den bedste olivenolie i verden".

Fremstillet af huset Naturvie, en af Spaniens førende olivenolieproducenter. Sierra del Conde er en blanding af 4 forskellige oliven, alle fra Naturvie's egne olivenlunde. Sierra del Conde er en olie fra første presning med bløde toner af grønne mandler, æble og tomat. Denne olivenolie er en rigtig allrounder, som bruges af mange topkokke. Fra supper og saucer til salater; denne olie kan klare det hele.

Denne ufiltrerede jomfruolivenolie kommer fra den nordspanske by Tarragona i Catalonien, et af de ældste olivenolieregioner. Catalonien producerer en masse olivenolie, hvoraf den bedste kommer fra Tarragona-området. Tarragona-olivenolien, der er fremstillet af Arbequina-olivenolien, er lys og lettere i konsistensen og har meget smag. Det er en elegant olivenolie, meget velegnet til salater, til at bage i og til Tapas, men den kombineres også godt med bare et stykke brød.

Gocce's vinegar farm began in the 18th century in Modena, using its own raw materials. With 10 acres of vineyards, mainly White Trebbiano grapes and Red Lambrusco grapes, it is a closed-loop farm as all production steps take place in the same factory. The Gocce, 10 Y Balsamico is IGP certified. This 10 year old Balsamico is aged in wooden barrels according to tradition. Without any additives, purely natural. By aging in wooden barrels of 7 different woods Juniper, Cherry, Oak, Acacia, Mulberry, Chestnut, Ashtree, the taste is very refined.
