Its Imperial Onyx has aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels with a heavy char. However, there’s an innovative twist that sets this rum apart. After the initial aging period, Ron Barceló Imperial Onyx is filtered through onyx stones to obtain a rum “with intense, deep notes and a unique character.”
