It is obtained from a mixture of cooked musts of typical local, all-Italian grapes with small additions of good wine vinegar. It is fined with slow and constant ageing in oak barrels. Strong and unique flavour with well-balanced hints that offer well-rounded aromas and flavour. Gocce's vinegar farm began in the 18th century in Modena, using its own raw materials. With 10 acres of vineyards, mainly White Trebbiano grapes and Red Lambrusco grapes, it is a closed-loop farm as all production steps take place in the same factory. The Gocce, 10 Y Balsamico is IGP certified. This 10 year old Balsamico is aged in wooden barrels according to tradition. Without any additives, purely natural.
