Ordering & Delivery
Ordering:
We sell products with and without alcohol. If you place an order with products that contain alcohol, we ask you to confirm that you are at or above the legal age for ordering alcohol. This declaration is not required for products that do not contain alcohol.
Delivery:
Delivery time depends on the country. In the Netherlands we offer next day delivery on order placed before 17.00h. Orders with all products that are in stock are shipped the same day if ordered before 17.00h/5:00 PM. Products that are not in stock (will be shown on the product detail page) will usually take 2-3 days longer. If your order contains products that are in stock, but also products that are not in stock yet, we will wait until all products are in stock and we will ship the whole order in once.
On the top right of our website, you can see all the countries we can ship to. If your country is not listed, we are (still) unable to ship there. This may be due to laws and regulations regarding the export of food and/or beverages to your country.
Depending on the shipping address of the ordered product, shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown before you check out.
If your order is delayed, we will do our best to contact you. However, if we use external carriers to deliver, we cannot provide an absolutely guaranteed service.
Depending on the ordered product, we deliver with or without the requirement of a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required, someone must be present to sign for the delivery, so if you do not plan to be home, we can deliver to, for example, a work address. Furthermore, we can ask the delivery person to leave your order in a safe place or with the neighbors. Please note that packages not signed for at the delivery address are not insured against loss or damage. Please indicate your preferred delivery method in the ‘additional delivery instructions’ at checkout or call us after placing your order with this request.
Taxes and Excises
All prices shown are including Taxes and Excises, that’s why in different countries we will have to charge different prices because the VAT rate and Excise rates and tariffs may vary per country. We have a tax partner who will file and pay all VAT and Excises for each order so we are fully compliant and you don’t have to pay any extra fees.

Our orders are shipped via PostNL. Which will hand over your shipment to a different carrier once it enters your country. Depending on the order we may, in exceptional cases, resort to other carriers.
