The production methods includes infusing alcohol with peels, pulp and juice from lemons that were harvested in southern Italy.

In order to make a limoncello that adheres to traditional practices, they relied on the advice of local “nonnas” who used to produce limoncello by hand. The original recipe was created in the early 20th century by Vincenza Canala, owner of the legendary Mariantonia hotel.
