It was at the beginning of the 19th century that Michele Dolzan began his career in the field of distillation. Now, four generations later, it is dr. Luigi Dolzan who passionately pursues perfection. Under his guidance Villa de Varda produces fourteen different mono-varietal grappas – all carefully distilled using the so-called “Varda Method”. The Dolzan Riserva is a masterfully balanced and matured example of their craftsmanship.
